For the Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance, we were asked to help tackle a real challenge: how to keep local talent in place and attract new professionals to a region that’s growing fast but often overlooked. Baldwin County is one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the U.S., yet many college graduates and skilled workers were still heading to bigger cities. Our goal with Belong in Baldwin was to build a brand and digital platform that not only spotlighted the opportunities here but made Baldwin County feel like a place where people could belong, grow their careers, and build a life.
